In 2000, the owner, a licensed contractor, had a vision of creating a place where family and friends could gather in a peaceful, tranquil atmosphere. He shared this dream with his wife, Kathy, and his father, Sonny Oliver, a licensed contractor with a civil and design engineering background. Through the drawing to the design, and then through construction, this park became a labor of love and devotion to God for the Oliver family.
